9:30 a.m. Walking the Meditation Labyrinth. Take a relaxing stroll through our new meditation walking labyrinth. The walking surface is tiny river rocks, so you get a great reflexology treatment for your entire body by walking in your socks, it makes your whole body tingle. Meet at the Activities Desk.

10:00 a.m. Flexible Strength. These are a unique series of exercises that use wise principles of yoga and pilates together with dumbbells to manifest desired changes in your body. This class will teach your body to flow through movements with precision and control, working your body parts in opposition as you breathe through your range of motion and centering yourself as you stabilize. You may use your own equipment as long as it meets Skytop’s standards. We do not permit outside paint. All paintballs must be purchased at the Adventure Center. If you have your own marker, a field use fee of $10 includes admission to the field during one session, referees and CO2 refills. Minimum age is 10 with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Once the session starts, additional players will be permitted to enter the games as safety allows.

Join John Serrao for this maiden-walk along our newest trail, which crosses a stream twice (downstream from Leavitt Falls), climbs a hill and passes many of Skytop’s biggest trees. These schools concentrate on full swing and short game principles so you can become a more complete and consistent player. Beginner to low handicap can benefit from our staffs’ guidance. Cost is $325 for the two day school and includes 6 hours of instruction with video analysis, unlimited range balls, take home written manual, refreshments and golf course privileges after class. We have a maximum student to teacher ratio of 4 to 1 for more individual attention. The head instructor is a PGA class “A” professional with over 15 years of teaching experience. Join John Serrao for this 1-mile walk into a rocky, rugged ravine with beautiful waterfalls, hemlocks, rhododendrons, salamanders, mushrooms, wildflowers and more. Kindly supervise your children and have them sit quietly and always maintain a safe distance from these wild animals.
